Oregrown Team Rider Dennis Yuroshek

Jersey boy Dennis Yuroshek grew up competing in BMX until he fell in love with downhill mountain biking at 21. In 2012, Dennis hit the road in a Sprinter van, hitting up mountain bike races and all the sickest trails across the United States for a year before finally settling down in Bend.

“I fell in love with the lifestyle, trails and the amount of talent here,” Dennis says. “Bend is full of amazing athletes and it’s great to immerse yourself in an environment with likeminded people.”

Dennis has earned a dozen 1st podiums in downhill and slalom racing on top of Super D wins and Enduro podiums. In 2016, he was hired by GoPro to be featured in marketing videos for their new Karma Drone and Hero 5 cameras. He has also appeared in multiple videos for 10 Barrel and Mt. Bachelor. A serious action sports photographer himself, Dennis has worked for companies around the globe shooting mountain bike photography.

In 2017, Dennis will focus on having fun and spreading the stoke while competing in Enduro and downhill races in the PNW. He plans to ride his Harley to and from the races with his mountain bike strapped to the back.

Dennis appreciates THC and CBD topicals for recovery after long rides and the big crashes he is known for.
